We welcome any vendor with standard festival fare, locally produced or specialty foods.
Along with any and all artisans and crafts people.
All vendors must be pre-approved by the Chamber of Commerce.

Vendors can begin setting up at 6:30 a.m.
You must be completely set up by 8:30 a.m., and all vehicles must be moved to the vendor/staff parking lot by 8:30 a.m. Absolutely no vehicles allowed on any grassy areas.
Festival gates open to the public at 9:00 a.m. Music begins at 10:00 a.m.
Festival ends at 6:00 p.m. and clean up for vendors can begin no earlier than 5:45 p.m.
Vendors must dispose of all trash and debris generated by their booth.
A maximum of three volunteers are allowed at each vendor booth.
Forms and payment are due August 15th.
